Reviews and Ratings <br />
During my stay at the resort, I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, although it faced a busy parking lot and could use a little updating. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when addressing the issue with our room not matching the images we saw. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village, but the noise from nearby parties could be a bother at times. Overall, I found the experience worthwhile, despite a few drawbacks.
My stay at the resort spa was quite pleasant, with clean and comfortable accommodations and an incredible friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the village, although my room's view was just of the trees, which was a bit underwhelming. The service was fantastic and very accommodating, but the dining experience could use some improvements as there were limited options for room service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the village, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were clean with a nice view, but I had to wait quite a while at reception with my bags before moving into my next unit. The service was a bit lacking; while some staff were friendly, others weren't as helpful. Overall, it’s a good spot but doesn’t come without its drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, just steps away from the village and excellent views all around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they could use a little modernization. The service was absolutely top-notch, with staff always ready to help. On the downside, I found the dining options a bit limited, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience despite a few minor shortcomings.
I recently stayed at the resort spa and had a pretty good experience overall. The location is fantastic and really adds to the charm, making it easy to explore the village. The room was spacious and clean, but I did feel a bit of noise from other guests at times. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few hiccups with the service that left some room for improvement. It’s a nice place but has a few aspects that could be better.
